Been reading one of my books - "The Case of the Bonsai Manager" by R. Gopalakrishnan for the past few days. I must confess that I purchased this book on impulse a few months  ago. Actually > 1 year to be precise.

The USP of the book is that it -
  1. Discusses knowledge, intuition & wisdom as necessary tools for a successful manager.
  2. Brings out cases of how a manager can become a Bonsai Manager (which is bad) due to blindspots.
  3. Enumerates similarities between Nature and Business ecosystems to draw valuable lessons
  4. [still reading .... ]
If you have a chance, check out this gem ....
